NILE CRUISES
We
offer a wide range of Nile Cruises. Here is an example of a 7 night Cruise
on one of Spring Tours 5 star boats. These depart from Luxor every Saturday,
Sunday and Thursday. We also offer 7 night Cruises on other days of the
week and 3 or 4 night Cruises. Please contact us for details.
7-DAY NILE CRUISE ON SPRING TOURS 5* BOATS
Egypt the "Gift of the Nile" as described by Herodotus boasts a longer recorded history than any other country on earth. A country of legends and mysteries, the birthplace of ancient civilization with a third of the world's most magnificent and awesome monuments and treasures.
Day 1
On arrival you will be met and transferred to one of Spring Tours
5* Nile cruise-boats. Accommodation in one twin/double cabin, on a full
board basis including excursions. In the afternoon you will visit Luxor
Temple. Overnight in Luxo.r
Day 2
In the morning you will visit the West Bank, including the Valley
of the
Kings, Temple of Queen Hatchepsut, The Temple of Medinat Habu & Colossi of
Memnon. In the afternoon you will sail to Esna where you will spend the night
on board.
Day 3
In the morning sail to Edfu and visit the Temple of Horus. In the afternoon
you will sail to Kom Ombo where you will overnight on board.
Day 4
In the morning, sail to Aswan. Visit the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk
(granite quarries) and Philae Temple. In the afternoon visit the Botanical gardens
by felucca. Overnight on board in Aswan.
Day 5
Morning at leisure with an optional excursion to Abu Simbel in the morning*
at leisure in the afternoon Overnight on board in Aswan.
Day 6
Visit by felucca of the botanical gardens return to the ship. Sail to
Kom
Ombo
In the afternoon visit the double temples of Sobek and Horus the Elder Sail
to Edfu, overnight at Edfu .
Day 7
Sail to Luxor arrive in the afternoon time a leisure walk around the
Corniche.
Day 8
After breakfast, disembark from your Nile cruise boat.
All itineraries, including flight times are subject to change due
to local condition such as water levels affecting the Esna Lock, government
regulation and weather conditions. When changes are notified to us in
advance details will be passed to our clients.

Movenpick Radamis I ****
The Movenpick Radamis 1 Nile Cruise provides an opportunity to experience the wonders of the Nile whilst travelling in comfort and style.
It features 68 en-suite cabins each with air-conditioning, TV with an in-house video channel, mini bar and hairdryer. The cabins are outside facing and allow the Nile to be viewed from the picture window. Four spacious suites, two of which have a balcony, are also available.
Facilties on board include; a swimming pool and large sundeck, plus fitness equipment, jewellery shop and internet access.
The Movenpick Radamis 1 Nile Cruise offers international and local cuisine in the restaurant, with a variety of beverages and the famous Mövenpick ice cream available from a choice of 2 bars.
Fancy dress Galabeya parties, Oriental shows and a discotheque, located in the Lounge Bar provide on-board entertainment.
Movenpick Radamis II *****
The Movenpick Radamis II is a good quality cruise boat from which to experience the sights along the Nile .
The boat features 69 air-conditioned cabins and 6 suites. Each offers private facilities; TV with in-house video channel, mini bar, hairdryer and panoramic wall to wall window. Two of the suites feature a private balcony.
Note: TV viewing may only be possible when the boat is docked.
The facilities consists of; a spacious sun deck with a swimming pool and King Tut gym, providing exercise equipment and treatments including massage (pay locally), jewellery shop and internet access.
The Main restaurant, Orangerie, serves international cuisine and local specialities.
Barbeques are arranged on the sun deck terrace, snacks including Movenpick ice cream and drinks are available around the pool and at the bar on the sun deck.
The lounge bar with its resident DJ provides music and dancing; theme nights and fancy dress Galabeya parties are also hosted.
Presidential Nile Cruise *****
Presidential Nile Cruises offer comfortable surroundings and good service.
Each cabin on board Presidential Nile Cruise ships is tastefully furnished and features private facilities and air-conditioning. They are equipped with TV (including 2 video channels), mini bar, 2 radio programmes and are outside facing with a picture window.
Note: TV viewing may only be possible when the boat is docked.
Excellent food is served in the boat's dining room. A bar is also available.
On-board entertainment includes belly dancing, a Nubian show and an Oriental party. There is also a TV lounge with a choice of videos and games.
A swimming pool and sundeck with loungers allow for relaxation. Jewellery, handicrafts and souvenirs are available from the gift shop.
RA I ****
The RA I Nile Cruise boat provides a comfortable base from which to explore the historical sights along the Nile , and represents great value for money.
It features 72 air-conditioned cabins, each with private facilities, TV, mini bar, hairdryer and balcony.
Note: TV Viewing may only be possible when the boat is docked.
The RA 1 Nile Cruise offers a swimming pool and sundeck with bar, plus fitness equipment and Jacuzzi, boutique and Gift shop.
International buffet style meals are served in the spacious dining room. Afternoon tea is offered daily plus a lounge bar and patio lounge are also available.
There is also on-board entertainment in the evening plus a disco.
RA II *****
Built by the English company Tempest Diesels and classified by Bureau Veritas to the highest river craft standard, the RA II Nile Cruise boat is a good choice for guests requiring a superior category of boat at a competitive price.
This boat features 83 air-conditioned cabins each with private facilities, balcony (except single cabins), mini bar, hairdryer, TV and double-glazed windows.
The RA II offers a swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, and a sundeck with bar, boutique and gift shop.
International buffet style meals are served in the large, attractive dining room. A coffee shop is also available.
Sonesta St George I *****+
One of the newest and most luxurious ships on the Nile, the Sonesta St. George 1 provides the highest levels of comfort complemented by personalised service.
A total of 47 well-appointed cabins and 10 spacious suites, each offering 23" LCD screen TV, mini bar, tea & coffee making facilities, wireless internet access, hairdryer, safe, direct dial telephone and bath equipped with a spa unit including steam, Jacuzzi and water massage, plus a double glass panoramic French window.
