Inside a garden with Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Gabbiano is 120 mt from the sea, on one of the most suggestive coasts of Western Sicily and is close to the protected natural reserve of the Zingaro.

The swimming pool with Jacuzzi is well equipped and has a 180-degree view over the bay. The covered verandah is well equipped and is a perfect area for relax and reading. In the outside you will also find a barbecue, a laundry and showers.

Villa Gabbiano develops on two levels. The ground floor contains a living room with kitchenette, a twin room and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, with independent doorway, there are 2 finely furnished double rooms and a bathroom with shower. Moreover: plasma TV with decoder, HI FI and a wine cellar with wines of local production, air conditioning, heating and alarm system.

Guests are assisted 24 hours a day by skilled and multilingual staff.

A few minutes from Vila Gabbiano: bars, pubs and pizzeria in the medieval village of Scopello on the rock overlooking the bay.
All the other services such as banks and clothes stores are 6 km away in the small town of Castellammare del Golfo.

On request we can arrange trips to the nearby protected natural reserve of the Zingaro and boat or canoe trips to discover beaches and tiny bays which cannot be reached by land.
