Madonna di Campiglio is known as the pearl of the Dolomites. It sits in a valley at 1550 metres in the Brenta Dolomites, on the borders of the Adamello Brenta National Park. Planned and built with meticulous attention to detail , the town’s activities all revolve around the traffic free zone of Piazza Righi. Traditional little stubes and bars beckon you with the aromas of Italian coffee,and freshly baked cornetti and pastries. From the centre of town, the ski lifts fan out in all directions, whisking you comfortably to the vast snow fields above the tree line, and onto the sun drenched slopes.

Alpen Suite Hotel 4* Superior hotel
The prestigious Alpen Suite Hotel, opened in December 2004, was the first four star superior hotel to be established in the entire Trentino region. This exquisite four star superior house is ideally situated just 25 metres from the Spinale cable car and 250 metres from the town centre. Built in 2006 in compliance with bio-architectural standards, the house has ECOLABEL certification, and is owned and run by Domenico and Miriam Schiavon. The building is geothermally heated using natural heat from the earth. This reduces carbon dioxide emissions and produces no harmful waste into the air. For plasters, timber finishes, and floors, only natural materials were used in construction viz: lime, wood and wool. The electrical system generates no magnetic fields and heating is achieved through floor panels.
