Divers UK mobilised at very short notice, a Confined Space team, to carry out a detailed structural inspection on a 750meter long old 1900's victorian sewer running under Tower Bridge and Tower Bridge Road in London.

The structure is managed by Transport For London and the London Borough of Southwark.

A water main had very recently burst, flooding the structure and due to the unknown extent of the water damage and the volume of traffic passing overhead, an immediate inspection was required.

The inspection was completed successfully in one full day with a six-man highly competent confined space team and structural inspector.
